 纺织印染废水 工程概况

  青岛某新建工业园规划面积为2126亩，院内工业以织布、染整和缝纫为主。园区废水处理工程分三期完成，每期5000m³/d，本设计是一期工程，2014年施工,2015年运行，接纳的废水主要是印染漂洗水、退浆和漂白废水，本工艺设计不含丝光工艺废水，该水已进行碱回收。废水处理工程建成后的外景如图：

 设计废水水质

本工程原水设计水质和处理要求见下表。处理出水执行国家《污水综合排放标准》（gb8978-96中的二级标准）

 

从本工程废水特征来看，有机污染物含量较高，生化性比较差，ph值变化大，并且色度比较高。废水中含有染料、浆料、助剂、油剂、酸碱、纤维杂质、砂类物质等。

  针对于废水的特点，预处理主要有自动格栅、中和反应池、曝气调节池、初沉池等单元，预处理主要是为了去除悬浮物及可直接沉降的杂质，调整ph值，调节废水水质及水量等，确保后续生物处理系统的处理效率。为了达到较高的cod去除率，降低出水中cod的浓度，在二级生物处理中采用半推流式活性污泥系统，其抗冲击负荷能力明显强于传统推流式系统，处理效率高于传统完全混合式。针对原水色度高的特点，同时为了进一步去除cod，在深度处理中采用了混凝沉淀脱色+曝气生物滤池的两级工艺，保证了出水达标排放。

 

纺织印染废水处理主要设计参数：

（1）  自动格栅  选用xg型旋转式机械格栅1台，宽800mm，高4000mm，栅条间隙为5mm，材质为不锈钢，运行功率0.75kw。运行时有自动和手动两种运行方式，自动时由定时器自动控制开启和停止的运行时间，运行期间可根据水中悬浮物多少人工调节设定。

（2）  中和反应池  敞口式钢筋混凝土结构，1座，尺寸5.0m×5.0m×5.5m，有效水深3.9m，反应时间约30min。来水在中和池中经过加酸和硫酸亚铁，水中ph值得到调节，同时水中有部分染料、助剂和浆料在硫酸亚铁的混凝作用下形成固体颗粒，中和反应池的搅拌采用鼓风搅拌方式。

（3）  调节池  敞口式钢筋混凝土结构，1座，尺寸30.0m×30.0m×3.5m，调节池容积为3000m³，停留时间为12h。调节池设曝气穿孔管，起到增氧和搅拌的作用。

 

主要技术经济指标

该废水处理工程劳动定员11人，处理每吨废水人工费约0.088元，电费约0.52元，药费0.43元，处理费1.04元/m³，年运行费32万元。

五  工程评析

本印染废水处理工程关键技术为改良的半推流式活性污泥法处理系统，预处理采用加药、混凝、沉淀，深度处理采用混凝沉淀和曝气生物滤池。该系统处理效率高。管理方便，出水水质达标有保障。

the main design parameters of textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment are as follows:

(2) the open reinforced concrete structure of the neutralization reaction pool is 1, the size is 5.0m x 5.0m x 5.5m, the effective water depth is 3.9m, and the reaction time is about 30min. after adding acid and ferrous sulfate to the water in the neutralization pond, the ph in water is worth adjusting. meanwhile, some dyes, auxiliaries and slurry in the water form solid particles under the action of ferrous sulfate's coagulation, and the mixing of the neutralization reaction tank adopts the way of blast stirring.
(3) regulation pool open type reinforced concrete structure, 1 seat size 30.0m * 30.0m * 3.5m, regulating tank volume is 3000m fand, retention time is 12h. the regulating pool is equipped with aeration perforation tube, which plays the role of increasing oxygen and stirring.
